Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days, and we offer express shipping as well. Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of the painting and will be calculated at checkout. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Noisetteya. If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return your painting within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for return. Please note, the painting must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
